LASH POLICY
A $45 non-refundable deposit is required to secure each booking. This amount will be applied towards your service and the remaining balance will be due at your appointment.
Clients are required to complete a CONSENT FORM prior to their appointment.
There are no refunds. If you have an allergic reaction to your eyelash extensions, a free removal will be offered.
If any major retention issues occur within the first 3 days of your previous appointment, a complimentary same-service will be offered.
FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

Masks are optional.

Come to the appointment makeup and product free, around the eyes. Please wash your lashes before every appointment.

No guests are allowed.

Do not consume caffeine right before your appointment.

We ask that you keep your phone on Do Not Disturb during the duration of your appointment to prevent any interruptions.
TARDINESS
Contact us if you are running behind and we will try our best to complete the service with the allotted time. The service you booked for will continue to be charged in full.
RESCHEDULE
Clients may reschedule (deposit will be held up to 3 months) without forfeiting the deposit as long as there's a 48 hour notice. Last minute rescheduling will require a new deposit for a new appointment.
Our policies are in place to ensure fairness and smooth operations. While we adhere to them, we also understand that life happens. For the most part, we approach situations with leniency, as long as mutual respect is maintained. However, if we feel the policy is being taken advantage of, we reserve the right to enforce it strictly.
NO SHOW/CANCELLATION
All no shows/cancellations will result in a forfeit of your deposit.
ONLINE BOOKING FOR MEMBERS ONLY
Our online booking system is for clients who consecutively book with The Beauty Abode. If you plan to book at least once a month, multiple times a month, or every few months then this is for you. If interested, clients will be invited to join online booking after their first appointment. Remember, this is for active clients only.
