LASH POLICY
A $45 non refundable deposit is required for all first time clients to secure an appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your service total with the remaining balance due at your appointment.
Clients are required to complete a CONSENT FORM prior to their appointment.
There are no refunds. If you have an allergic reaction to your eyelash extensions, a free removal will be offered.
If any major retention issues occur within the first 3 days of your previous appointment, a complimentary same-service will be offered.
FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

Come to the appointment makeup and product free, around the eyes. Please wash your lashes before every appointment.

No guests are allowed.

Do not consume caffeine right before your appointment.

We ask that you keep your phone on Do Not Disturb during the duration of your appointment to prevent any interruptions.
TARDINESS
Contact us if you are running behind and we will try our best to complete the service with the allotted time. The service you booked for will continue to be charged in full.
RESCHEDULE/NO SHOW
We ask that you please notify us 48 hours in advance when rescheduling. Clients who fail to show up without notice may be unable to book future appointments.
These policies help us maintain a smooth schedule and provide the best experience for all clients. We understand that unexpected situations arise and generally approach circumstances with flexibility and understanding. However, we reserve the right to enforce our policies when necessary.
ONLINE BOOKING FOR MEMBERS ONLY
Our online booking system is for clients who consecutively book with The Beauty Abode. If you plan to book at least once a month, multiple times a month, or every few months then this is for you. If interested, clients will be invited to join online booking after their first appointment. Remember, this is for active clients only.
